This class designed to warm your muscles up enhancing your flexibility in an infrared heated room of around 35°C to 38°C. Postures or stretches are held for extended periods of time to create greater length and space in the areas of tensed or tight areas of your body in your shoulders, hips, hamstrings and more. Props may be used to help you go further into the stretch. A great compliment for runners, swimmers, cyclists or weight-lifters. This class is also available in non-hot version and is suitable for all levels.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga in which postures are performed while seated, standing and/or lying down with the aid/support of the chair. It is a great form of practice for those who find a typical yoga session too challenging, particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up off of the floor. Many standard yoga poses can be modified for chair yoga, including backbends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and even core exercises. Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. Yoga Nidra, a Sanskrit term meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. A state between asleep and awake- where you're full conscious but your body and mind are fully at rest and ease. When you set a conscious intention at the beginning of your yoga nidra practice, and then let go and allow for deep relaxation of the body, mind and emotions, your unconscious opens up to new ways of thinking, healing, and fulfilling your conscious intentions. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands the individual's self-awareness. This class is suitable for all levels.

This class is designed to help women relax, strengthen and prepare themselves - physically and mentally - for birth. An opportunity to create time for pregnant women to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period. Students can expect yoga postures performed with the purpose of connecting with the pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole in a safe, supportive community. Suitable for pregnant women past their first trimester (12 weeks).
