This class designed to warm your muscles up enhancing your flexibility in an infrared heated room of around 35°C to 38°C. Postures or stretches are held for extended periods of time to create greater length and space in the areas of tensed or tight areas of your body in your shoulders, hips, hamstrings and more. Props may be used to help you go further into the stretch. A great compliment for runners, swimmers, cyclists or weight-lifters. This class is also available in non-hot version and is suitable for all levels.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga in which postures are performed while seated, standing and/or lying down with the aid/support of the chair. It is a great form of practice for those who find a typical yoga session too challenging, particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up off of the floor. Many standard yoga poses can be modified for chair yoga, including backbends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and even core exercises. Hence, just like a regular yoga practice, it increases flexibility, strength and body awareness. This is a non-Vinyasa based asana practice that focuses on connecting the body and mind. Learn the basics and fundamentals of yoga postures at an introductory level in this slow-paced class. Here you will learn breathing techniques and process of proper alignment with modifications using props in your practice to help you build confidence in your yoga postures. This class sets the foundation for all the other yoga classes. The postures in Hatha yoga help open the body’s many channels, allowing energy to flow freely while increasing stability and awareness. A beginner friendly class for those completely new to yoga and seasoned practitioner alike taking your practice back to the basic foundation fundamentals.
With some knowledge of yoga and the experience built on as you progress, this class will require more strength, flexibility and balance to prepare you for it. As challenging postures will be added to the sequences, the use of props are encouraged to make postures and sequences more accessible to ensure proper alignment for safe and effective practice. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners who are not new to yoga.

This class will allow you to explore and challenge your strength, balance, flexibility, stamina linked with breath built upon the foundation of proper alignment to prepare you for these classes. There are no inversions in this class and is suitable for students with some Vinyasa experience for a challenging, dynamic experience. Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations and progressions, your body will benefit from every class. This class is suitable for all levels.
Twist Yoga class is specially designed to enhance spine and joint mobility as well as detox the body. Modifications with the use of props will be offered to suit various levels.

Students will experience both, an invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate focused and meditative mind. This class is suitable for beginners. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. No full inversions are included in these classes.

Yogalates is an exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of Yoga in one session. Yogalates concentrates on strength in the middle (abdominal area, buttocks and lower back) to promote "core stability" which enhances spinal/pelvic awareness, stretching muscles, toning the body and improving body posture. This class is suitable for all levels.
Yoga Nidra, a Sanskrit term meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. A state between asleep and awake- where you're full conscious but your body and mind are fully at rest and ease. When you set a conscious intention at the beginning of your yoga nidra practice, and then let go and allow for deep relaxation of the body, mind and emotions, your unconscious opens up to new ways of thinking, healing, and fulfilling your conscious intentions. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands the individual's self-awareness. This class is suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa yoga focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Vinyasa Basics is suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental Vinyasa sequences and breath alignment. This class sets the foundation for all the other Vinyasa classes. Poses/Asanas can be modified if you are just starting out, experiencing an injury, or even if you're an experienced yogi.

This class is designed to help women relax, strengthen and prepare themselves - physically and mentally - for birth. An opportunity to create time for pregnant women to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period. Students can expect yoga postures performed with the purpose of connecting with the pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole in a safe, supportive community. Suitable for pregnant women past their first trimester (12 weeks).
