Do you suffer from sore neck, tight shoulders and upper back tension? If you answered 'YES' to any of the above, then this workshop will benefit you to release these areas of tightness and to promote a healthier pain-free lifestyle through yoga postures.
We will explore to learn exercises and yoga postures :
- to improve your neck stability and function;
- to mobilise your upper back and shoulders to create a foundation for a stable, strong and healthy upper body.
Leave the workshop with practical tools to move towards more freedom of movement in your upper body.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience needed. All props are provided.

Achieving her Yoga Teaching Certification in 2010, Jessie decides to leave her banking job and pursue her love in teaching. With 7 years of teaching experience, Jessie teaches a wide range of classes, from Vinyasa, Hatha, YinYoga to Pre-natal, Yogalates & YoBarre Core.
