Zhijuan Teo

Zhijuan chanced upon yoga three years ago when she was sourcing out for an alternative fitness experience. What started out as a curious attempt burgeoned into committed practice when she realized that yoga is a perfect blend of working out and having fun.

She believes that yoga serves as a means for self-introspection and a constant reminder to make mindfulness part of her daily living. Being a staunch believer of the multiple benefits of yoga Zhijuan embarked on a 200 hours yoga Teacher Training to deepen her yoga practice which leads her to share her knowledge through her teachings.
