Xiao Han Beh

Xiao Han started her yoga journey with the intention of recovering from her injuries from cheerleading , while maintaining her flexibility in 2017. Since then, Yoga has been a big part of life as she started to find connection between her mind and body.  She has then decided to discover more about Yoga by signing up for the Yoga Teaching Training in Vinyasa Flow.

Xiao Han strongly believes that Yoga is for everyone and there is no prerequisite to get started. She seeks to empower her students to become a better version of themselves through challenging an evolving sequences.
