Tony started practicing yoga 10 year ago as a form of exercise. In 2009, he completed the teacher training course in Yoga Vidal Dham, Nashik, India.

He practices Hatha Vinyasa Yoga which starts with a number of Sun Salutations to warm up the body and this is followed by more intense stretching postures. 

He believes that yoga is a way of life and that it is a non-competitive path of self-awareness, an art of healthy peaceful living and the science of mind-body co-ordination.
