Sobia Nasrat

Sobia has over three years of experience teaching group fitness classes at commercial studios, corporate organizations and residential facilities. She is a certified Group Exercise Leader, licensed Zumba and Strong by Zumba Instructor as well as a Les Mills BodyBalance instructor and has also completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys creating and teaching work-outs that are fun, easy-to-follow and combine all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy levels.
