Having been a working mum and then a stay-home mum, she has had her share of stress, depression, anger, migraines and the unholy host of aches and pains.
Learning to practice yoga and to find the right practice for every day has helped her’; to grow in strength and clarity in mind, body and spirit. In short, yoga has helped her as she describes, to find herself again.
This is what helped develop the strong passion and belief for yoga. And, this is what she would like to share with others. The best part of it is that all it takes to start is one breath. So, let's breathe. Namaste.
