Rachel began her yoga journey in 2013. She felt empowered that her body was able to get into poses after two child births. Through regular yoga practice, not only did she regain her strength and flexibility, her lower back pain which was bothering her after her childbirth had lessened, improving her quality of life. She believes that yoga is a science of self-discovery which involves body, mind and soul; a process of uncovering or clearing away what is keeping us from understanding our true identity and value. As an instructor,, she wants to provide a safe space for students to practise, hold that space for them and to help students discover themselves without any judgement. At the same time, doing it with respect and reverence for the tradition and lineage.
