Attaining 200hrs certification with Vyasa Yoga and 27hrs in Kid’s Yoga training with Rainbow Kids Yoga,
Parul specializes both in adults and kids. She is driven to help others in adapting their lifestyle with their practices.
In addition, Parul has completed her 8-week program on Mindfulness base stress reduction (MBSR) and also in Aerial Yoga with Pure.
Her class focuses on body alignments and holding of poses to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Overall she believes mindful practices is essential as one of the building blocks for a stronger mind and body.
