Lim Shuping- Yoga Teacher

As an avid runner, active individual and a touch rugby player, Shuping has never thought of yoga, until torn ligaments, dislocated shoulders and numerous other injuries left her no choice but to step out of competitive sports to recuperate. Shuping took up yoga thinking of it as a restorative activity, but it proved to her more than that. Yoga has helped Shuping tremendously in building flexibility, strength and balance, both physically and mentally.In her quest to learn and share more about yoga with others, Shuping attained the 200hr Hatha-Vinyasa Accreditation. She hopes to be able to help individuals with the benefits of yoga practice through a positive and fun environment.
