Janice practices many different forms of yoga like Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin yoga, Sivananda, Ananda and the Five Tibetan Rites.
She received her first yoga teacher training certification from Byron Yoga in Byron Bay, Australia in 2009 and has also completed her Yin Yoga certification.
She has also participated in workshops by John Ogilvie and Tias Little.
Her classes are a combination of Yin and Yang, focusing on what feels good to the body. Away from the mat, Janice loves music, reading, photography and traveling.
