Fen has great interests in body movements and she started her yoga journey in the 90s and picked up mat pilates, reformer, barre and aerial yoga along the way. She is also a E-RYT 500hr with Yoga Alliance. Fen started full-time teaching since 2006 and teaches in gyms, studio and give private classes as well.
She is also certified in Piloxing and Booty Barre and loves organising yoga retreats yearly to places in Asia. Fen emphasizes the importance of body awareness and alignment to ensure a safe/effective practice.full-time
