Chen Wenting at Fit Eleven

Wenting first embarked on her yoga journey more as a post-workout stretch, but chanced upon vinyasa yoga. It gave her the sweat she desired and also me-time being fully present on the mat. She wanted to share this practice and change the concept of yoga being just a stretch, as well as learn sequencing to create flows, which brought her to complete the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training (Ashtanga and Hatha based). Yoga has been both energising and restorative to Wenting, and she would like to share this with others through positive and fun flows that build both strength and flexibility.
