POP Pilates® is a fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite Top 40 hits. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. While POP Pilates® moves all originate from classical Pilates, the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes. The fundamentals of breathing, core engagement and powerhouse-based movements are shared, but the emphasis on moving to the beat of pop music is what makes POP Pilates® so unique. Participants love that each 55 min. class is like a “dance on the mat.”

This class is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, from karate mixed with boxing and it will get you leaner and more toned. It's a terrific conditioning workout for endurance, coordination and stamina. This class is suitable for all levels as you will be guided to the moves and footwork before and during class.
This class is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, and knees, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning. You’ll learn various techniques as well as blasting out rounds on the kick shields and basic partner drills. This is the class where you don’t have to be a fighter to look like one! This class is suitable for all levels.
