Pre-natal Yoga


This class is designed to help women relax, strengthen and prepare themselves - physically and mentally - for birth. An opportunity to create time for pregnant women to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period. Students can expect yoga postures performed with the purpose of connecting with the pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole in a safe, supportive community. Suitable for pregnant women past their first trimester (12 weeks).
