This is an infra-red heated class, a more vigorous types of yoga that strengthen and empowers the body, mind, and spirit. With the focus on building strength and stability in and around the abdomen and spine, the practice of core yoga aims to teach students to communicate with their bodies and access their spiritual core so they can achieve inner power. This class is suitable for all levels.
