This class designed to warm your muscles up enhancing your flexibility in an infrared heated room of around 35°C to 38°C. Postures or stretches are held for extended periods of time to create greater length and space in the areas of tensed or tight areas of your body in your shoulders, hips, hamstrings and more. Props may be used to help you go further into the stretch. A great compliment for runners, swimmers, cyclists or weight-lifters. This class is also available in non-hot version and is suitable for all levels.
