With some knowledge of yoga and the experience built on as you progress, this class will require more strength, flexibility and balance to prepare you for it. As challenging postures will be added to the sequences, the use of props are encouraged to make postures and sequences more accessible to ensure proper alignment for safe and effective practice. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners who are not new to yoga.
