Starting with a little cardio to get the blood pumping, it is then followed by a series of barre and mat work exercises that are executed in harmony with the music.
Overall, this class intends to work on the function of movements by giving individuals a clearer understanding of their own body. Hence being able to acquire better coordination, control and fluidity through the class.
