At the same period, Laura grew interest in the fitness/gym world, seeing how it compliment with her dance.

With that she did her instructor's training with Clark Hatch USA and started teaching fitness classes.

Fen started her yoga journey during her school days and after meeting her teacher, Joan Seow Harakuma, founder of International Yoga Centre Singapore (IYC). Fen then decided to devote her time in sharing in the benefits of yoga

Inspired then by her teacher, Soo decided to embark on her spiritual journey with the residential teacher training course at Yoga Vidal Dham, Nashik, India. Through the course, she began to deepen her practice and passion for yoga which has become a great part of her life.

Yoga to her does not only start on the mat but also off the mat. The most rewarding part for her is to be able to share her knowledge and to help students to develop inner peace and awareness in their lives.

Tony started practicing yoga 10 year ago as a form of exercise. In 2009, he completed the teacher training course in Yoga Vidal Dham, Nashik, India.

Michelle’s foray into yoga began with a Bikram class, since then, it had led her to explore and discover other various other like Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, that have come to influence her teachings.

Michelle’s classes are known to stretch one’s limits, so you will be certain to break sweat amidst a playful environment. Her interest in yoga therapy and anatomy also enables her classes to be equally uplifting and rejuvenating.

A handstand aficionado and rarely ever found off the mat, Michelle spends her free time either practicing her inversions, or indulging in coffee.
