Homme (sounds like “om”) means man in French is a yoga class geared for men, though not exclusive, is a yoga class for the inflexible that combines traditional yoga postures with functional fitness exercises and HIIT.

Our studio


Our studio is located in the west of Singapore with more than 4600 sq. ft. of indoor space and 3000sq ft outdoor space, we offer designed fitness classes ranging from yoga to strength and dance-based classes. 

Located in Big Box, less than 5 minutes walk from Jurong East MRT. Fit Eleven provides an open concept with floor-to-ceiling glass studios,

His and Hers shower rooms and locker facilities, offering the convenience of all who live, work and play in the vibrancy of this popular suburb.

Class description


Introducing Yobarre Core, YogaRoll and YoResist,

Each class fuses the fundamentals of yoga with elements of functional fitness, resistance-training, and dance. 

All the above classes are specially designed by Fit Eleven.

Levels: I II, III

These classes are curated with different levels of intensity, and modified where necessary, to allow students to learn and practice at a pace they are comfortable at.

Our instructors

Fen started her yoga journey during her school days and after meeting her teacher, Joan Seow Harakuma, founder of International Yoga Centre Singapore (IYC). Fen then decided to devote her time in sharing in the benefits of yoga

She obtained her teaching certifications from Yoga Arts, IYC Singapore and PURE Yoga. In addition, Fen is also certified to teach pilates and aerial yoga and currently a registered E-RYT 500hr with Yoga Alliance.

Fen believes one's asana practice progress comes from everyday efforts and discipline. 

Inspired then by her teacher, Soo decided to embark on her spiritual journey with the residential teacher training course at Yoga Vidal Dham, Nashik, India. Through the course, she began to deepen her practice and passion for yoga which has become a great part of her life.

Yoga to her does not only start on the mat but also off the mat. The most rewarding part for her is to be able to share her knowledge and to help students to develop inner peace and awareness in their lives.

Michelle’s foray into yoga began with a Bikram class, since then, it had led her to explore and discover other various other like Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, that have come to influence her teachings.

Michelle’s classes are known to stretch one’s limits, so you will be certain to break sweat amidst a playful environment. Her interest in yoga therapy and anatomy also enables her classes to be equally uplifting and rejuvenating.

A handstand aficionado and rarely ever found off the mat, Michelle spends her free time either practicing her inversions, or indulging in coffee.

Janice practices many different forms of yoga like Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin yoga, Sivananda, Ananda and the Five Tibetan Rites.  

She received her first yoga teacher training certification from Byron Yoga in Byron Bay, Australia in 2009 and has also completed her Yin Yoga certification.

She has also participated in workshops by John Ogilvie and Tias Little.

Her classes are a combination of Yin and Yang, focusing on what feels good to the body. Away from the mat, Janice loves music, reading, photography and traveling.

Introduced to yoga in 2002 and coupled with his experience in body alignment from having worked at a chiropractic clinic.

Lester shares his knowledge to help people be more aware of their body whilst keeping a corrective posture through yoga.

He attained both his 200hrs Yoga Teacher’s Training and Aerial Flow Yoga certifications in 2015 with Fitness First International.

Andrea began her dance training in ballet, tap and jazz since the age of 5.

Upon completion of both the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Commonwealth Society of Teachers' of Dancing (CSTD) vocational levels of ballet, she continued to pursue a career in dance education. She currently holds the RAD Registered Teacher Status (RTS) and has also completed the Teaching Certification with the CSTD.

Yun Jie began dancing in 2009 to different genres, ballet, tap and jazz. She is trained with the RAD and CSTD Ballet Syllabi in the vocational levels under the tutelage of Ms Shanti Gomes.

In Tap, she attained the Al Gilbert Syllabus of the highest grade under the tutelage of Ms Susan Thng.

She also enjoys dancing to other genres such as lyrical jazz, broadway jazz and contemporary. 

Achieving her Yoga Teaching Certification in 2010, Jessie decide to leave her banking job and pursue her love in teaching. With 7 years of teaching experience, Jessie teaches a wide range of classes, from Vinyasa, Hatha, YinYoga to Pre-natal, Yogalates & Yobarre Core. Jessie love using her in-depth knowledge and understanding of yoga to lead students towards a deeper level of physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.


With over 10years of being in the fitness industry, Dean has acclaimed over 20 muaythai fights in Bangkok, Thailand. Presently, Dean is an active figure teaching Kickboxing, Bodycombat, Muaythai & Circuit training. Loving his job and living through this motivational quote "It never gets easier. You only get stronger." 

Fitness is a huge part of Su Jean's life. With 3 years for teaching experience in Zumba, she loves the freedom to allow her to be creative in her classes, which are typically high-intensity and energy. She loves sharing her high spirited personality with her students and encouraging to boogie away. Su Jean enjoys her passion in boxing, muay thai and trail running.  

Sobia has over three years of experience teaching group fitness classes at commercial studios, corporate organizations and residential facilities. She is a certified Group Exercise Leader, licensed Zumba and Strong by Zumba Instructor as well as a Les Mills BodyBalance instructor and has also completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys creating and teaching work-outs that are fun, easy-to-follow and combine all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy levels.

Jin started classical ballet at the age of 6, and is in 2014, she received RAD advanced 2 certification. Her dance background and strong body awareness led her in becoming a Barre instructor. She believes in body conditioning and has been A yoga and Pilates practitioner for more than 10 years. 
Jin incorporates yoga,  Pilates, and ballet into her Barre classes. Come join her for a class which focuses on building strong and lean muscles.

A diligent, dynamic, fun and highly motivated personality, Emalia has been teaching over 10 years, sharing her passion and knowledge to members of all walks of life. 

Derick started learning martial art at he age of  7. The first martial art that he learned, it was Karate. With his growing interest, he continued to learned Kempo, Taekwondo, Boxing and finally Capoeira. 

Valenssa's passion started with Taekwondo. She attained her black belt with The Singapore Taekwondo Federation on 2002. After being an assistant coach for afew years, Valenssa realized that there was more to fitness than just the physical dimension. 

Believing in a holistic approach to wellness, her instincts led her to her yoga practice and interest in teaching Yoga. In 2009, Valenssa completed here 200 hours flow yoga certification with the late Vincent Tam, the jiva Yoga Founder. 

Embarking on her quest to improve her scoliosis condition, Alycia stumbled upon yoga in 2014 and has been an avid regular practitioner since. With just an open mind and willing heart, the progression in her yoga journey has allowed her to discover more about herself both physically and spiritually and this shaped her perspective in life. Having practised different types of yoga ranging from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Purna, Chakra and Therapy, Alycia further pursued her interest to deepen her knowledge and practice for Yoga through Yoga Teachers Training.

Rachel began her yoga journey in 2013. She felt empowered that her body was able to get into poses after two child births. Through regular yoga practice, not only did she regain her strength and flexibility, her lower back pain which was bothering her after her childbirth had lessened, improving her quality of life. She believes that yoga is a science of self-discovery which involves body, mind and soul; a process of uncovering or clearing away what is keeping us from understanding our true identity and value.

Yin Peng attended her first yoga class about 12 years ago when she was a trailing spouse in China. Through Yoga, it did more than that. This kick-start her love for a healthier body but also gave her a sense of grounding through life’s ups and downs. 

Yin Peng enjoys the sense of lightness, the freedom and grace of flow practices. Join Yin Peng on the mat as she shares the benefits of physical asanas, while cultivating a sense of mindfulness beyond the mat. 

" Always be a work in Progress ". Alma started her Yoga practice in 2010 with the goal of loosing weight, and to help her in Pole Dancing and Stress at Work. Soon after, She found Bikram Yoga aka. Hot 26, and fell in love with the practice. With that, Alma began to search for more... hence, she discovered Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, which she started to include in her practice. In 2015, Alma did her 200 hrs Yoga Alliance with Singapore School of Meditation and Yoga with the aim of deepening her practice and understanding of asanas.

Fitness and dance have always been a passion Crytsal's life. An advocate for perfection, She has always strive to give her best performance in class. with over 10 years of experience as a Certified Fitness and Dance aerobic instructor, Crystal is an enthusiastic & energetic individual. She teaches Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Circuit Training, Kickboxing & HiLo Aerobics. 

Xiao Han started her yoga journey with the intention of recovering from her injuries from cheerleading , while maintaining her flexibility in 2017. Since then, Yoga has been a big part of life as she started to find connection between her mind and body.  She has then decided to discover more about Yoga by signing up for the Yoga Teaching Training in Vinyasa Flow.

Xiao Han strongly believes that Yoga is for everyone and there is no prerequisite to get started. She seeks to empower her students to become a better version of themselves through challenging an evolving sequences.

Zul’s lessons are always fun, engaging and challenging. A good sweat and a giggle peppered with a healthy dose of knowledge because, Zul believes it is important to impart class attendees with how to go about learning through their own bodies. The ‘self’ grows out of challenges and getting yourself fitter is a really good challenge.

Zul is a certified Personal trainer who is skilled at exercise, movement/kinetics, flexibility, endurance and strength training thus uses these skills in his yoga classes. Always happy to share Zul is, by nature giving.

Certified with a C.H. Ed, Dip in Yoga, Intermediate Pilates, Zumba, Bokwa and Piloxing.  You can always count on an expert who has been teaching for the last two decades. Agnes teaches various forms of yoga and pilates classes.  She brings upon easy to follow steps to her classes, connects her participants with health tips and monitors their progress in all her programs. She believes in Albert Einstein’s quote: “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” When you have a healthy mind and body, your creativity and intelligence flow naturally.

Zhijuan chanced upon yoga three years ago when she was sourcing out for an alternative fitness experience. What started out as a curious attempt burgeoned into committed practice when she realized that yoga is a perfect blend of working out and having fun.

"Ana's passion for dance began from a young age and when she trained in classical ballet. She later developed an interest in Indian classical dance, however her busy corporate life prevented her from pursuing this discipline in earnest. While searching for a fitness routine that would alleviate her desk job induced back ache, she discovered barre and decided to become a barre instructor to satisfy her longing for dance.
